Job Description:

This position is responsible for delivering a variety of services to the Talent Acquisition team. These services include sourcing of candidates, scheduling, preliminary candidate screens, data entry within our applicant tracking system (Taleo), and other duties as required. The ideal candidate will have previous talent acquisition experience, and knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service to all internal and external clients
  • Manages and coordinates interview scheduling and travel
  • Partner with Recruiters to create and implement appropriate sourcing strategies
  • Execute sourcing strategies to include – but not limited to – cold calling, networking, identify applicant pools, database searches, etc.
  • Provide talent market insights leveraging all resources available
  • Prescreen candidates and review resumes/skills for appropriate fit
  • Leverages online resume databases and in-house applicant tracking system (TALEO) to identify and source viable candidates.
  • Captures and maintains accurate, well-ordered documentation within our ATS on all candidates and recruiting activities

Work Experience (minimum):

  • 2+ year of recruiting experience
  • Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is strongly preferred
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize while handling high volume of activity
  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-through, excellent communication and organizational skills

Skills (minimum): 

  • Ability to successfully develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of accepted employment practices
  • Above average computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Prior experience with automated resume tracking systems is preferred (Taleo)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and judgment sufficient to handle sensitive employment issues

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
