Description:

The Support Analyst is accountable for the effective delivery of end–user support to the companies’ referral program.

The successful candidate is required to support mailbox inquires, the on-going improvement of support efficiency, quality responses, manage services delivery with internal team members and provide expert advices to the sales teams and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective end user support services and provide appropriate responses to inquires relate to the Partner Referral Program.
  • Participate in the development of knowledge resources, standard responses, coaching materials and discussions to ensure frontline effectiveness.
  • Review form submission from the sales team, to ensure accuracy, adherence to policies and procedures
  • Process form submission by proper tracking of data onto spreadsheets and databases
  • Investigate process/operational issues and errors to determine root cause and take corrective action to resolve sales teams complaints and prevent recurrence of issue.
  • Provide timely support to other team members/area(s) to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.

Must Have Technical Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience with MS Access
  • 2+ years of SQL experience
  • 2+ years of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Etc) experience
  • Bilingual (English- French)
  • Experience in end user support including delivery of services against SLAs, ensuring high quality of responses provided to the end users
  • Strong time management skills and prioritize ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with end users, team members, management (across areas) and successfully handle inquiries.
  • Accuracy/Attention to Detail: Ability to process information with accuracy. Productively balances speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet established service levels both in processing requests and responding to inquiries.

Nice to have:

  • Excellent problem solving skills, able to articulate issues and work with other departments to resolve issues
  • Knows when to escalate contentious or highly complex issues to management
  • Knowledge in financial/banking products and operation
